Fall Ball generally refers to a type of baseball season that takes place in the fall months of September  and October,  after the regular summer season has ended, 

It is a league where players can practice their baseball talent and skills in a more relaxed environment compared to the regular season. Although highly competitive games can still take place.

The MSBL (Men's Senior Baseball League) in Long Island, New York is one of the most popular amateur baseball fall ball seasons in the entire United States. The most desirable age bracket for the MSBL fall League is 45 and over.
